Beginner Courses

At GCTS we realise that it can be daunting turning up to a triathlon for the first time with having to organise gear for three different sports, finding your way through the process of registering, racking and numbering; not to mention the intimidating fit lycra clad people that seem to know exactly what they're doing!

At GCTS we cater for a range of different athletes and offer various introductory courses for beginners throughout the year. The latest beginner specific training is our Try a Tri course coming up in the New Year, details below.

To find out more about what GCTS has to offer please contact us.

Want to get Started Sooner?

You don't need to do a beginner's course to get started! Most athletes at the Gold Coast Triathlon Squad are new to triathlon themselves and all our coaches have worked for years with beginners. All our sessions cater for different abilties and are run in such a way that you don't have to worry about holding people up or being too slow.

The best way to get started is to jump in and join a session. Chances are you'll love it and be back!
